ISSUE:
Unable to select DPA Pro 100 (DPA - 100% CLTV) In Quick Pricer or Price & Lock Tab in the loan
SOLUTION:
You must enter the following information in the Pricer tab.
1) Loan Type: FHA
2) Loan Purpose: Purchase
3) LTV: 96.5%
Click on 'Get Pricing' at the bottom of the Quick Pricer screen.
Scroll down past the FHA Pricing to get DPA Pro 100 & DPA Pro 100 Plus Pricing.
