Verifying Whether Disclosures Were Signed By All Parties
1.) Search for the loan in the Active Pipeline.
2.) Click on the pencil and checkbox icon to view and edit the loan.
3.) Click on the “Disclosure History” tab to view all disclosures.
This will show completed at the bottom if all parties have signed.
If you do not see the disclosures here, then all parties have not signed.
