ISSUE:
Unable to select MaxONE (DPA - 100%CLTV) In Quick Pricer or Price & Lock Tab in the loan.
SOLUTION:
You must enter the following information in the Pricer tab.
1) Loan Type: FHA
2) Loan Purpose: Purchase
3) LTV: 96.5%
ISSUE:
Click on 'Get Pricing' at the bottom of the Quick Pricer screen.
Scroll all the way down past the FHA Pricing to get MaxOne Pricing.
