ISSUE: User is unable to figure out how to remove funding fee he is exempt from (VA) CLTV is showing over 100% and cannot get final pricing
Look at Pricing Tab, the "Are you Exempt from VAFF" button will state NO - we will need to change that to "Yes".
SOLUTION:
You will need to go into Encompass
Forms - VA - Loan Summary - line 60 (Funding Fee)
Change that to Exempt
